Blue Water Choices is a community based program designed to teach, assist, and encourage adults with developmental and physical disabilities to increase their self esteem and achieve their highest level of independence.All services provided are tailored to meet the needs of individuals served. The programs in which our consumers participate include the following:

Arts and Crafts, Communication Skills (Both Expressive and Receptive), Community Integration, Cooking Skills, Daily Living Skills, Decision Making, Fitness, Functional Leisure Skills, Group Activities, Independence, Interpersonal Relationships and Interactions, Personal Safety, Problem Solving, Range of Motion, Self Awareness, Sensory Stimulation, Social Skills, and Team Building.

To provide programs, services and activities to consumers which will assist them in obtaining independence, employability, and integration into the community.

We support our mission by offering programs and services which foremost promote consumer choice, provide opportunities to enrich consumer lives, promote independence, and community integration.
